Join us as a Digital Storytelling Intern and gain hands-on experience creating anime-style episodic content from script to screen. Learn how to write, design, and produce stories using cutting-edge AI tools and creative production workflows.
Work Description / Tasks:
1. AI Content Creation & Production
- Support the creation of short-form anime-style content using AI and creative tools.
- Assist in the full production process including storyboarding, visuals, animation, music, and voice-overs.
- Explore AI platforms such as Nanobanana, Kling, Suno, and ElevenLabs to generate and refine creative assets.
2. Story Development & Scriptwriting
- Assist in writing or refining scripts and dialogue for anime-inspired stories.
- Contribute creative ideas for story arcs, characters, and themes.
- Ensure story flow and continuity throughout episodes.
3. Visual & Audio Editing
- Help assemble AI-generated visuals, voice-overs, and music into cohesive videos.
- Edit short scenes and apply effects or transitions using editing tools (e.g. CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro).
- Participate in experimenting with new AI tools to enhance visual and audio storytelling.
4. Collaboration & Research
- Work with team members to align storytelling direction and visual output.
- Research trends in anime, digital storytelling, and AI creative tools.
- Support project management tasks such as asset organisation and tracking production timelines.
Requirements
The Person:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field.
- Passionate about anime-style storytelling and creative production.
- Keen interest in experimenting with AI-assisted content creation tools (e.g. Nanobanana, Kling, Suno, ElevenLabs).
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is an advantage.
- Strong creative thinking, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Good organisation, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-evolving creative environment.
