Who We Are 

               The Creator Growth (CG) business at AnyMind is a two-sided service catering to both 'Content Creators' (including media companies, individual creators, and music artists) who're looking for professional support in production, strategy, and content optimization across major social media platforms, and 'Brands' who interested in an end-to-end marketing funnel driven by creators and content. Our core services include YouTube Reservation Ads for precise content targeting; Creator Utilization to build credibility and deliver targeted content; Affiliate Solution for performance-based eCommerce growth; and Production Services covering graphics, video content, commercial music, and livestreaming. We focus on developing tailored strategies and full-funnel packages to ensure maximum efficiency and deliver measurable, sustainable business results

What You'll Do

• Think: Jump into brainstorm sessions to spark fresh content ideas that align with current beauty trends. Think "Must-have items," "Beginner-friendly makeup tutorials," or "Shopping hauls".
• Shoot: Grab your smartphone and help us capture high-quality short videos or aesthetic still photos for our brands.
• Edit: Turn raw footage into viral-worthy clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) using apps like CapCut or other creative tools.
• Update: Stay glued to social media trends daily to ensure our brand content is always "on-trend" and relevant.

Who You Are

• The Student: Currently studying in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• The Beauty Enthusiast: You genuinely love skincare and cosmetics. If you watch beauty bloggers and think, "I could do that too!"—you’re the one we want.
• The Social Media Native: TikTok, Instagram, and Lemon8 are your playgrounds. You know exactly which song is trending and which filter is "in" right now.
• The Skillset: You have a good eye for composition (photography/videography) and know your way around basic video editing.
• The Vibe: Responsible, expressive, and always hungry to learn new things in a fast-paced environment.
