Internship CEO Office (m/f/x) - from July 2026

Support our Chief of Staff and CEO Office in their daily work, working closely with our Founders and management
Support annual planning and strategy processes and documentation thereof
Support with the development, implementation and maintenance of new management and governance documentation and reporting in line with regulatory requirements
Support with drafting and updating of internal documentation and preparation of presentations for management
Support with financial analyses and business analytics tasks
Work closely with various stakeholders and functions across Scalable by providing templates and guidance on deliverables

You are studying towards a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management or related field
First experience in project management activities
Eagerness to learn about the German regulatory landscape
Ability to work detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic to learn about entrepreneurship and take on new challenges
Strong communication skills in English and German, both spoken and written.
Minimum duration of the internship: 3 Months
