- Lead the preparation and submission of competitive proposals for international tenders (e.g., EU, UN).
- Analyze tender documents (RFPs) and evaluate eligibility criteria, deliverables, and scoring metrics.
- Communicate effectively with funding organizations and international partners to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
- Develop, structure, and write technical and financial sections of proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate and work closely with internal teams, technical experts, and external international partners, to prepare complete and high-quality submissions.
- Identify and propose improvements to internal processes for more efficient proposal development.
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in ICT and similar roles.
- Strong technical background with excellent technical writing skills.
- Proven experience in bidding for international organizations.
- Fluent communication, negotiation, and writing skills in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, planning, and reporting capabilities.
- Creative and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
