This dynamic team specializes in deal sourcing and matchmaking for international buyers, companies, and investors.
We are looking for a senior professional with extensive experience in international business development, particularly in India and the greater Asia region, who possesses strong commercial acumen, strategic vision, and a well-established global network.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development: Identify and execute high-level business opportunities that align with the firm’s international investment objectives, with a particular focus on India and Asia. Drive market expansion, leveraging global experience and insights.
- Deal Origination & Structuring: Lead the assessment and structuring of investment deals, focusing on real estate, corporate investments, and new business setups in Greece, India, and other key markets.
- Investor Relations & Global Networking: Develop and maintain high-value relationships with international investors, institutional clients, corporate entities, and governmental bodies, ensuring seamless business matchmaking and long-term partnerships.
- Workforce Solutions & Immigration Services: Spearhead the promotion of workforce mobility and immigration solutions for Greek companies facing manpower shortages, working closely with international recruitment agencies and Greek businesses. Prior experience in workforce mobility or international recruitment is highly desirable.
- Golden Visa & Residency Investment Programs: Drive business development initiatives related to the Greek Golden Visa and other investment residency programs, targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investment groups from Asia.
- Stakeholder & Government Engagement: Engage with Greek ministries, public institutions, and international trade bodies to facilitate business expansion efforts, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
- Market Intelligence & Digital Strategy: Utilize advanced market research, data analysis, and digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, enhance investor engagement, and optimize business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Relations, Marketing or a related field is mandatory. A master’s degree (MBA preferred) is highly advantageous.
- Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of senior-level business development experience in international markets, with a strong focus on India, Asia, and investment facilitation.
- Global Business Acumen: Extensive knowledge of international trade, foreign direct investment (FDI), strategic partnerships, and corporate expansion strategies.
- Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with senior executives, investors, and institutional stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
- Digital & Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, market intelligence platforms, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.
- Multitasking & Leadership: Ability to manage complex projects, lead cross-border teams, and deliver results under pressure.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to create high-impact presentations, business proposals, and investment reports.
- Languages: Fluency in Greek and English is essential. Additional languages, particularly Hindi, Punjabi or other Asian languages, would be a plus.
