International Expansion Strategy Lead (x/f/m)

We are hiring a Market Strategy & Expansion Lead to be part of our initial UK-based team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our exploration and strategy efforts, responsible for deeply understanding the UK healthcare market, identifying opportunities, and co-building our market entry strategy.

This is a high-impact, exploratory role for someone who thrives in autonomy, can operate in ambiguity, and is motivated by building from scratch.

What you’ll do

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the UK healthcare landscape, including stakeholders, challenges, and opportunities in both public and private sectors.
  • Understand the daily experiences of key healthcare actors (clinicians, administrators, patients) to identify unmet needs.
  • Build a strategic network within the healthcare ecosystem and health-tech startup community.
  • Identify potential partners and M&A targets to support entry into the UK market.
  • Develop the UK market entry strategy, conduct market/competitor analysis, and present recommendations to company leadership.

Who you are

  • Strong experience in strategy, business development, product, or consulting roles
  • A track record of operating autonomously and driving clarity in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Experience building business networks and engaging diverse stakeholders (especially in healthcare, tech, or public sectors)
  • A practical, action-oriented mindset—you know how to get things done and move fast
  • Curiosity, humility, and a deep sense of purpose
