International Distributors, Shipping Coordinator - Pon.Bike Taiwan

The Shipping Coordinator is the focal point between many parties. They take the lead in communicating with all parties in facilitating transactions. Act as key liaison between vendors, Distributors, and Internal Sales Coordinators to ensure timely release of products from vendors while monitoring the transfer of goods to distributors to ensure successful delivery within optimal timelines.  

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Work with customers and vendors designated personnel to facilitate and coordinate delivery of products from vendor to customer  
• Effectively manage vendor Purchase Orders using all available tools to ensure on-time shipments, including new orders, existing orders, and pending shipments.  
• Document, monitor and troubleshoot product delivery issues between vendors and customers based on customer requirements.  
• Act as a liaison between International Sales, vendors, distributors with regard to communication, developing shipping processes and procedures as needed.  
• Establish effective and supportive working relationships with all relevant parties exhibiting exceptional follow through and organizational skills.  
• Actively participate in training programs and team meetings.  
• Must thoroughly document and keep track of all related transactions in a neat and organized manner.  
• Coordinate and review all necessary export documents to ensure accuracy and seamless delivery to distributors. 
• Contribute to the success of Pon Bike by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.

  • Follow internal controls and company policy as set by company and job function.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or the equivalent required.  
• Previous shipping experience required; finance background is a plus. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word etc.)  
  SAP is a plus. 
• Must have superior follow through and organizational skills.  
• Must be attentive to detail.  
• Strong computer, Internet skills & numeric skills  
• Excellent geographic knowledge.  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with Vendor dispatchers, and co-workers, including clarity of thought and explanation  
• Self-motivational personality with exceptional attendance and punctuality.  
• Excellent customer service orientation.  
• Ability to multi-task and to work in a team-oriented environment while maintaining an individual workload.  
• Ability to work with detailed information.  
• Ability to work in an ever-changing environment with ongoing interruptions.  
• Ability to perform job duties with a sense of urgency.  
• Problem-solving ability, particularly when working under pressure.  
• Strong command of the English language, written and verbal.
