What We Are Looking For:
The Strategic Account Manager will play a key role in achieving Bandwidth’s long-term strategic objectives by owning and developing relationships with some of our largest and most strategic customers. This role is responsible for managing existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities through a consultative and strategic selling approach. You will act as the primary account owner, setting clear expectations, delivering strong customer communication, and presenting CPaaS solutions that meet - and anticipate - customer needs.
Success in this role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, data efficiency, and industry expertise. You will leverage deep knowledge of the telecoms and CPaaS landscape to analyze revenue performance, spot trends, and provide accurate forecasting and opportunity timelines to senior sales leadership.
This role demands a high degree of autonomy and strategic influence. You will build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders across customer organizations, expand your internal network, and know when to engage executive leadership to progress complex opportunities. Working closely with marketing and cross-functional teams, you will craft compelling talk tracks, negotiate effectively, and develop key partnerships - all while consistently achieving assigned quotas for new revenue growth within your accounts.
