We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join our Bedford team. If you’re passionate about sales, enjoy the chase, and aren’t afraid of picking up the phone – this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain excellent working relationships with existing customers
  • Build and maintain a steady growth of new customers
  • Answer technical questions and provide solutions from our product range
  • Quote prices to customer as and when required
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Be the first point of contact for customer issues
  • Attend monthly staff meetings and daily sales huddles
  • Carry out any other tasks requested by management
