Location: Columbus, GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of internal operational tasks including customer account receivables, contract management, product activations and deactivations, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, vendors, and colleagues. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, adaptable to changes in processes, able to manage redundant work with high accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

You’ll become a central hub for internal operational excellence, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of key financial and administrative workflows.
This role offers broad exposure across the organization, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments—from customer-facing teams to finance, product, and vendor partners.
You’ll directly impact the customer experience by ensuring seamless product activations, clean financial processing, and reliable data management.
With responsibilities spanning receivables, payables, contracts, membership data, and customer support, you’ll build a strong and versatile operational skill set.
You’ll play a key role in improving processes and supporting continuous operational improvement as the business scales.
