We are looking for a new colleague for our Brand, Marketing & Communications Team. The Internal Communication Consultant works as a support to the Team. The role will involve internal campaigns, copywriting, internal people engagement events planning, ….
Your key responsibilities
- Provide support in planning, developing, producing and delivering marketing & communications (promotional and collateral) materials
- Prepare written materials including some marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentations
- Write and distribute content for our intranet & newsletters
- Be responsible for ensuring accurate information and proofreading
- Contribute to / and develop internal communication campaigns
- Organizing and assisting in internal people engagement events : ad-hoc duties, guest list management, set-up, catering arrangements, logistics, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English including writing, proofreading and copy editing
- Creative and out of the box thinking
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Keen in attention to details
- High level organizational skills, be willing and able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- A strong work ethic, professionalism and integrity
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written and electronic materials
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Positive, “can do” attitude
- Open minded and solution oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- Minimum 4 years work experience
