Job Description

The Internal Communications and Change Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a strong internal culture through effective communication strategies and channels. This position will involve partnering with leadership teams to develop and implement comprehensive internal change and communications plans that engage, inform, and inspire employees at all levels. The successful candidate will be a self-driven purposeful professional, who can develop and execute a powerful communications plan that reaches the heart and mind of our people.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that aligns with Unilabs’ corporate goals and values and enhances employee engagement.

· Craft and disseminate high-quality content, including newsletters, town hall presentations, and intranet updates, to effectively communicate company news and initiatives.

· Work closely with senior leaders to ensure that key messages are conveyed clearly and consistently across the organization.

· Work closely with transformation teams to lead the change agenda

· Facilitate two-way communication by establishing feedback mechanisms that encourage employee input and response.

· Measure and analyse the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives, utilizing insights to inform future strategies.

· Promote and embody Unilabs’ culture and values through every communication effort.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch speaking, reading and writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels.
  • A result-driven initiative taker
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling
  • Experience in developing communication plans and content targeted at diverse employee audiences.
  • Experience in communicating change, and crisis communication
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Adept at measuring communication effectiveness and a data-driven approach to strategy development.
