We’re looking for a talented Group Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team in Exeter or Bristol. In this high-impact role, you’ll be part of a respected audit function, gaining exposure across the entire business and presenting your insights directly to senior leaders.

What you'll be doing
Lead and deliver end-to-end audits across the Pennon Group, covering a wide range of operational and financial areas.
Shape audit scopes, plan assignments and present findings directly to executive stakeholders.
Assess processes, risks and controls to provide robust assurance on the Group’s control environment.
Produce clear, concise audit reports and drive follow-up to ensure meaningful action is taken.
Support complex and high-profile audits, ad-hoc projects and key governance initiatives.
Champion high internal audit standards and contribute to identifying emerging risks across the Group.
What we're looking for
Experienced in internal audit, risk management, and internal controls, with strong knowledge of related methodologies and tools.
Skilled in presenting and reporting to senior management, with excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise and deliver multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
Proactive, solutions-focused, and adept at building effective relationships, including influencing senior stakeholders.
Full or Part Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA) and internal audit qualification (e.g. CMIIA).
