We’re hiring an Intern: Warehouse Associate at our Distribution Center in Columbia, MO for SUMMER 2026 and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack orders  
  • Inventory Accuracy Improvement Project
    • Goal: Reduce discrepancies between physical stock and system records
      • Perform cycle counts on selected SKUs
      • Identify root causes of mismatches (mis-picks, mislabels, system delays)
      • Propose fixes (better labeling, scanning process, checks)
      • Skills gained: Data analysis, attention to detail, process improvement

  •  Must be qualified to work in the United States - we are not sponsoring candidates at this time.
  • Degree or focus supply chain logistics or related preferred
  • Self-starter attitude who is ready to jump in and lend a helping hand on projects
  • Critical thinking to mentally think through problems before executing solutions
  • Willingness to learn from your mentorship as rotated between projects, assignments and teams as part of our growing team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a warehouse setting
