Intern Tech Recruiting and Employer Branding (all genders)

• Coordinating interviews (video calls, phone interviews, and on-site meetings) in close alignment with recruiters and hiring teams
• Acting as the first point of contact for candidates regarding scheduling questions and ensuring a positive experience from the very beginning
• Supporting the maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and contributing to making scheduling workflows more efficient
• Assisting in the creation of creative employer branding content and actively contributing to the development of new social media formats
• Bringing in own ideas based on current employer branding trends and actively contributing to new and ongoing projects
• Coordinating various career events, from digital formats and in-house workshops to career fairs, including planning, execution, and follow-up

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, marketing, communication, media, social sciences, psychology, human resources, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and keep track of details
• Strong communication skills, with a service-oriented and friendly approach, and confidence in written and verbal communication in German and English
• High level of reliability and a conscientious, discreet approach to handling sensitive data
• Hands-on mindset with a proactive approach to tasks
• Interest in employer branding topics and motivation to actively support the team in projects
• Strong sense for language, storytelling, and audience-oriented communication
• High affinity for marketing and current trends on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
