EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the SUMMER of 2026.

Responsibilities of Intern

  • Assist with planning, logistics, and assessment of corporate internship program
  • Assist with relationship building efforts with college/university career development offices, faculty, and administration
  • Attend career events to promote EquipmentShare and the internship program
  • Assist with various stages of the intern hiring process
  • Assist with various projects within HR/Talent Experience
  • Act as liaison between Program Manager and interns in other departments

About You

Our mission to change an industry is not easily achieved. That’s why we look for students who are up for the challenge to join our internship program. In turn, our interns have countless opportunities to make a tangible difference in an industry that’s long been resistant to change.

You will be expected to work hours between Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with the availability to attend minimal evening recruiting events.

What You're Working With:

  • Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited U.S. college/university
  • Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • You are outgoing and have excellent communication skills
  • You have high attention to detail
  • You are highly organized, flexible, and able to multitask
  • You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
  • You are a self-starter and take initiative
