IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Support candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, while learning how to ensure a fair and inclusive process.
Assist in maintaining and improving recruitment processes, gaining exposure to data-driven insights and best practices.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
Help with talent research and basic market insights to support recruitment strategies.
Support candidate communication by scheduling interviews, sharing updates, and contributing to a positive candidate experience.
Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination in collaboration with People Ops, IT, and other teams.
Support employer branding initiatives such as events, partnerships, and career fairs.
TO SUCCEED YOU NEED
Interest in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People & Culture, ideally supported by studies in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
First practical experience (internships, student jobs, or projects) in recruitment, HR, or similar areas is a plus.
Curiosity to learn full-cycle recruitment and exposure to technical and non-technical roles.
Basic familiarity with recruitment tools or platforms (e.g. ATS, LinkedIn) is an advantage, but not required.
Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from different stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Motivation to contribute to employer branding and candidate experience.
