We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Interns to support our recruitment team with day-to-day hiring coordination and candidate management activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations and the opportunity to learn how a high-performing Talent Acquisition function works.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate interest and basic fit
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment operations and coordination tasks
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process
Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, and online tools
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Interest in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Recent graduates or students interested in building a career in Human Resources / Recruitment
Candidates who enjoy interacting with people and managing coordination tasks
Individuals who are detail-oriented and proactive
Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition operations
Exposure to real-world recruitment processes and candidate management
