JOIN OUR TEAM

As Intern Store Expansion & Operational Excellence you will support the Store Overhead Leadership Team - including Store Expansion, Store Performance, and Operational Excellence - in their daily operational activities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and deep insight into premium retail operations across multiple disciplines. You will work closely with a highly talented, dynamic and diverse team in Munich and across Germany. The position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich. The preferred start date is February.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist in preparing meetings, presentations, and project documentation for the Store Overhead Leadership team
  • Support with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks and follow up on action points
  • Maintain KPI dashboards and overviews 
  • Assist in research and benchmarking tasks to support strategic decisions
  • Take ownership of smaller workstreams and projects (e.g. implementation of a Store Training Landscape)
  • Support the planning and execution of new Store openings 
  • Help scan and research retail opportunities across Europe for new Store locations
  • Leverage AI tools and digital solutions to improve efficiency in day-to-day project support

YOU COME WITH

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant university program such as business, retail management, real estate, or a related field
  • Structured, proactive and hands-on working style in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Analytical mindset with interest in retail, real estate or project management
  • Detail-orientation with solid organisational and time-management skills
  • Problem solving skills with a results-driven mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
