Assist in coaching, training staff, and daily tasks at RTM Station and HQ while ensuring smooth operations and parcel management.

Job Description RTM Station ● To assist RTM supervisor coaching and training to staff/drivers ● All parcels are routed accordingly to drivers/riders ● To assist Supervisor in daily tasks ● Parcel routing and Route Inbound are done according to SOP daily ● All parcels are accounted for. ● Ensuring all parcels are scanned daily. ● To ensure no parcels are left unattended after push out ● Assist Supervisor in 5S implementation RTM HQ ● To assist Admin make daily checking attendance and route drivers/ riders. ● To assist CSM in verifying driver’s POD validity daily. ● To assist CSM in handling RDO. ● Collect documents for RTM Department at Warehouse. ● Other additional tasks as instructed. Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in logistics field related to logistics.
  • 3 - 6 months of internship.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills are necessary; strong team player.
  • An independent performer, he/she must be motivated and resilient, with an ability to deal with demanding customers and deliver even under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office or Google Docs platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
