Support the Store Overhead Leadership Team by engaging in diverse operational activities, assisting in new store openings, and researching retail opportunities across Europe.
JOIN OUR TEAM
As an Intern Retail Strategy & Operations,you will support the Store Leadership Team - including Store Expansion, Store Performance, and Operational Excellence - and drive various initiatives within the newly formed Stores business unit. This unique role offers a steep learning curve in a startup-like setting, where you take responsibility from day one. The position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich. The preferred start date is February 1.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive cross-functional, project-based initiatives through close stakeholder collaboration (e.g. with Retail Store Managers, the Head of Stores, and Retail teams across Europe) and hands-on execution
Own and drive small- to medium-sized projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and timely delivery
Research and assess retail opportunities across Europe for potential new store locations
Contribute to and support retail initiatives, including store openings, trainings, and operational roll-outs
Use AI tools and digital solutions to improve efficiency in day-to-day project work
YOU COME WITH
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant university program such as business, retail management, real estate, or a related field
Structured, proactive and hands-on working style in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Analytical mindset with interest in retail, real estate or project management
Detail-oriented with solid organisational and time-management skills; strong problem solving skills with a results-driven mindset
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
