Intern - Program Support

Job Summary:

The Program Support Intern supports Program Managers and the Program team with administrative and data coordination activities across assigned programs. This role assists with maintaining accurate program data, tracking deliverables, and supporting communication between internal teams. The intern will gain hands-on experience in program operations, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define and monitor KPIs related to backlog reduction progress
  • Identify programs and part numbers with missing PMA documentation
  • Prepare and submit PMA Assist Letter requests to the relevant OEMs
  • Track open assist letter statuses and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the compilation of PMA packages for FAA submission, post-assist letter approval
  • Update internal tools, status trackers, and reporting dashboards
  • Participate in weekly check-ins with the PMO and QA leads
  • Deliver a close-out summary reviewing performance against KPIs and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
  • Completion of at least two years of undergraduate coursework
  • Experience working on academic projects that required organization, data analysis, or team collaboration
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment

The compensation for this position will be $25.00-$26.00 per hour.
