JOIN OUR TEAM

As Intern Pricing & Retail Performance, you will be part of Westwing’s international Commercial team and support in shaping and executing our pricing strategy across European markets. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making, competitive benchmarking, and margin optimisation within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support daily pricing operations and the execution of country-specific pricing strategies
Conduct competitive price and discount analyses across European markets
Assist in building and monitoring KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities
Contribute to strategic pricing projects, such as new pricing rules, discount strategy reviews, competitor monitoring, or shipping fee benchmarking
Prepare analyses and reports for Commercial leads and top management to support decision-making

YOU COME WITH

Ongoing or completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data/Business Analytics, or related fields
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable working with data (proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools is a plus)
Familiarity with AI-driven tools to streamline data workflows and enhance analytical efficiency
Solid business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
A proactive and hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn, high attention to detail, and a structured way of working in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English (German is a plus)
