About this Role

The Pharmaceutical Development Intern will be responsible for supporting the design, execution, and evaluation of studies that advance Tarsus’ pharmaceutical formulations.   • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation, including laboratory notebooks, following proper data integrity and documentation practices
  • Review laboratory records and handle data with the highest standards of integrity and ethics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support ongoing development programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Factors for Success

  • PharmD or graduate student majoring in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Prior project experience in drug development, formulation, or drug-delivery systems is a plus
  • Experience with liquid or gel formulations; familiarity with analytical techniques (e.g., UV, HPLC); and hands-on formulation development experience
  • Ability to follow safety requirements and adhere to company policies
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, meet timelines, and support program goals
  • A critical thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently on assigned projects
