About the Role

The Marketing intern will collaborate with the team on the development of new TV campaign assets for direct-to-consumer (DTC), research AI developments and provide recommendations, and support the day-to-day activities of the marketing team. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

  • Partner with Consumer team on the development of new unbranded and branded campaign assets (including TV ads/videos, digital and social assets, in-office materials, website management, internal announcement materials, and mail and CRM management)
  • Assist in day-to-day tasks of managing projects and agency partners for creative, research and CRM
  • Assist ECP on metrics reporting for CTV and digital campaigns
  • Conduct research on ever changing landscape of AI and how it is shaping and changing the industry from creative development to research and providing data insights, and provide recommendations based on findings and how that can apply to our work
  • Work with Professional Relations team to help identify opportunities to improve processes and engagement tracking of industry events
  • Attend meetings to gain better understanding of marketing process
  • Assist in business planning coordination and management, and other tasks as needed

Factors for Success:

  • Current undergraduate student with a deep interest in pharmaceutical marketing
  • Knowledge of video editing and content creation software such as Canva is encouraged, but not required
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence is encouraged, but not required
  • Effective communications skills and willingness to voice thoughts, opinions considerations and concern
  • Organized and able to manage and plan out day/tasks
  • An appetite to listen and learn from our customers for a deep appreciation of the key insights that will drive executional excellence
  • Team player willing to collaborate within function, cross functionally and with external partners

The expected hourly pay for this position is $26/hour for an undergraduate student.
