Intern, Logistic and Warehousing (Kota Damansara)

As our Logistic and Warehousing Intern, you will gain direct, hands-on experience in the core of e-commerce fulfillment. You will be at the heart of our operations, working alongside our experienced team to manage the entire order lifecycle, from receiving inventory to shipping out customer parcels. This is a fantastic opportunity to understand the logistics that power a successful e-commerce business.

What You'll Do

• Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately process inbound and outbound orders, manage inventory, and track shipments.
• Assist in the daily picking, packing, and labeling of customer orders according to strict quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the coordination of daily shipments with our logistics partners, including scheduling pick-ups and preparing necessary documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to process and manage returned stock, including inspection, restocking, and system updates to resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and stock-taking activities to help maintain warehouse accuracy.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or a related field.
• A strong interest in e-commerce logistics and a desire to learn about supply chain operations.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive problem-solver with good communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and eager to learn new software; experience with a WMS is a plus.
• A positive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
