  • Contract Management and Drafting 
  • Prepare and fill in agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SoWs, service agreements, consulting agreements, subcontracting, etc.) using approved templates 
  • Collect necessary information and coordinate inputs from relevant departments (Sales, Finance, HR, and Delivery) 
  • Register, track, and maintain the database of signed agreements and ongoing contractual relationships 
  • Ensure the proper execution and filing of agreements (including DocuSign or other e-signature platforms) 
  • Document and Information Support 
  • Collect and verify company and client details required for contracts and registrations (company data, directors, tax details, signatory powers, etc.) 
  • Organize, label, and store legal documents and corporate records according to internal procedures 
  • Support KYC and compliance requests from clients and partners 
  • Legal Support and Research 
  • Conduct basic legal research on commercial, data protection, and corporate matters in relevant jurisdictions 
  • Prepare internal legal summaries, tables, or templates under the supervision of senior lawyers 
  • Corporate Administration 
  • Assist in collecting and updating corporate documentation (certificates, registers, powers of attorney, shareholder data) 
  • Coordinate legalization, apostille, and translation of documents when required 
  • Communication and Coordination 
  • Liaise with internal teams (Finance, HR, Sales, PMO) to ensure smooth contract execution and document flow 
  • Communicate with external parties (clients, vendors, translators, notaries), regarding routine legal matters 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law 
  • Good understanding of contract structure and basic legal terminology 
  • Ability to work with templates and standardized processes 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with document management tools (SharePoint, Google Drive, etc.) 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude 
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English required for legal drafting and correspondence

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience as a paralegal, junior lawyer, or legal assistant (preferably in IT, outsourcing, or international business environment)
