The Graphic Design Intern will support the creation of engaging visuals for our brand. You’ll work closely with marketing and HR teams to create templates, social media posts, announcement posters, and more, all while adhering to our brand guidelines. This role offers a unique blend of design and hands-on production experience in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, brochures, and other digital and print media.
Collaboration: Partner with marketing, communications, and HR teams to understand project requirements and produce designs that align with objectives.
Brand Consistency: Uphold brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all materials.
Innovation: Brainstorm and experiment with fresh ideas, contributing to the team’s creative process.
Production Support: Assist with production tasks to ensure timely delivery of all design assets.
Software Proficiency: Utilize tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to craft high-quality visuals.
Communication: Present design ideas and updates to team members and stakeholders.
Trend Awareness: Stay informed on design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh perspectives to our content.
