Intern Freight Customs Coordinator

Assist on coordinating domestic shipments and managing customer interactions to ensure timely delivery and maintain strong relationships.

Job Description ● Assists on daily handover from Ninja Van to Air and Sea Freight agent by managing and coordinating domestic shipments. ● Assists in customer feedback on the shipment status, and maintain a cordial relationship to build future business. ● Assists in ensuring no backlog or delay in shipment every day. ● Assists in inputting data into the management system and consolidating. ● Assists in customer feedback on the shipment status, and maintain a cordial relationship to build future business. Requirement

Diploma/ Degree in transport/ air freight forwarding/logistics field related to freight forwarding and logistics.

3 - 6 months of internship.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills are necessary; strong team player.

An independent performer, he/she must be motivated and resilient, with an ability to deal with demanding customers and deliver even under pressure.

Strong analytical skills to interpret and examine regulations required.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Highly proficient in MS Office or Google Docs platforms

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
