We are constantly moving forward and looking out for several working students in the department of Distribution Services to support our growth in the solar industry. Let's have a peak at what your main responsibilities will look like:
- Supporting our colleagues in the technical hotline and ticketing system.
- Providing answers to customers about our technical products (answering questions to our customers regarding our PV products and PV inverters etc.).
- Supporting in creating FAQs, online courses, tutorials as well as recording and documenting for the related regions.
- Provide technical support on remote basis.
- Provide operation and maintenance support through the Sungrow cloud platform.
Your profile
- You are a graduate at a university for one of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics or a related field.
- You are living in Munich or Munich area.
- You could work 40 hours/week as an intern.
- Structured and autonomous way of working.
- Service orientation and eagerness to learn new technical things.

Fluent German (C1) and English skills (min. B2) are a must have. Communication with our clients will be in German and English. Other language skills are an advantage.
