The Opportunity

Are you a design student eager to launch your creative career? Do you possess a passion for social media trends and translating insights into stunning visuals?

We are looking for a Designer (Intern) to join our Creative Department. Reporting to the Senior Creative , you will receive mentorship and play an essential role in supporting design needs across the agency. This internship is specifically designed to grow your independence, strengthen your creative decision-making, and build your confidence in delivering high-quality, impactful visual work.

Requirements

What You’ll Learn

• How to provide essential visual support for ongoing content, formats, and activations that form part of major clients’ editorial plans.
• The end-to-end process of producing final deliverables for social platforms.
• Collaborating with experienced creatives on concept development, execution, and detailed visual crafting.
• Practical skills in developing and evolving clients' visual identity and branding guidelines in a real-world setting.
• Participating directly in the strategic development of editorial languages and defining new visual formats.
• Aligning closely with the Creative and Client Service teams to understand seamless project delivery.

What Else Are We Looking For?

• A student currently pursuing a degree in art direction, graphic design, or a related field.
• Availability for a full-time paid internship for at least 5 months.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expertise across various media, tools, and visual communication techniques.
• A keen interest in social media platforms, trends and developments.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) is essential; Dutch and other languages are a bonus.
• No prior experience is required, but a demonstrable passion for the creative industry is key.
