Intern - Data Analyst, Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for a Tech-savvy Intern with a strong analytical mindset to support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation across Supply Chain, Imports, and Non-Lending Business functions. The intern will work closely with business and operations teams to convert raw data into meaningful insights that support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources related to Supply Chain, Imports, and Non-Lending operations

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and performance metrics

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel and Google Sheets

• Create MIS, daily/weekly/monthly reports for business stakeholders

• Track key KPIs such as inventory movement, vendor performance, turnaround times, and operational efficiency

• Support automation and process improvement initiatives using spreadsheets and BI tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation of reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field
• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts 
• Ability to interpret data and present insights in a clear and structured manner
