Position Overview:
Arrow McLaren is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Partnerships Intern to join our team for the spring of 2026 (March – May). This isn't just a desk job; you will be at the heart of the "Month of May," getting a behind-the-scenes look at how a world-class racing team operates during the biggest spectacle in racing.
As an intern, you will play a key role in bringing Indy 500 partnerships to life while gaining invaluable experience in sports marketing, high-stakes event activation, and professional relationship management.
Principal Accountabilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of partner events, hospitality suites, and garage tours during the Month of May
Support the partnerships team in managing day-to-day communications with world-class brands to ensure all sponsorship deliverables are met
Assist with the logistics of partner assets, including branded merchandise, credentials and VIP experiences
Support the sales team by researching potential new partners and industry trends within the motorsports landscape
Support the development and maintenance of partner-related materials, including presentations, proposal and recaps
Support partnerships department with Salesforce CRM Sales updates
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, communications and operations to ensure successful partnership fulfillment
Attend client meetings with department representatives as requested
Attend and participate in weekly departmental marketing meetings as needed
Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Partnerships team including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and maintaining records
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or Business program
Ability to work office hours during the week in addition to extended hours during the Month of May (including weekends)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
