Intern - Contracts Review

Job Summary:

The Contracts Review Intern will support the Aftermarket Services team with organizing, reviewing, and improving contract documentation processes. This internship provides hands-on exposure to contract management, proposal support, and workflow development within an aerospace services environment. The intern will assist with administrative and documentation tasks while gaining practical experience in contract lifecycle support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with organizing and cataloging existing Aftermarket contracts
  • Support review of contract documents to ensure files are complete and properly stored
  • Help create and maintain contract tracking spreadsheets or logs
  • Assist in developing and documenting a basic contract management workflow
  • Support proposal and contract administration tasks under supervision
  • Help prepare contract-related documentation and summaries as directed
  • Conduct basic research on contract terms or administrative requirements as assigned
  • Support special projects related to process improvement and documentation

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
  • Completion of at least two years of undergraduate coursework
  • Coursework in contract law, business law, legal writing, or commercial transactions preferred
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing or analyzing written documents for accuracy through coursework, internships, or academic projects
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel including sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and data organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word including document formatting, version control, and track changes
  • Experience creating process documents, flowcharts, or written procedures for class or internship projects
  • Ability to summarize written materials clearly and concisely in written format
  • Strong attention to detail demonstrated through academic or internship experience

The compensation for this position will be $23.00-$24.00 per hour.
