Intern, Contracts Analyst

 Location: Remote 

30-40 hours per week 

Job Summary  
PatientPoint is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern, Contracts Analyst to join our dynamic team. This internship with the legal department offers an exciting opportunity for an entry-level contracts professional to gain hands-on experience supporting a diverse portfolio of corporate contracts. You’ll be exposed to all phases of the contract lifecycle and play a key role in supporting business operations while learning in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.  

 What You’ll Do  

• Assist with the review, organization, and tracking of contracts across all stages of the contract lifecycle 
• Participate in the implementation and adoption of our contract management software 
• Analyze recorded contract data and identify opportunities for process improvement, accuracy, and consistency 
• Support various special projects related to contract administration and compliance 
• Engage in continuous learning through webinars, peer knowledge-sharing, and practical experience 
• Maintain disciplined execution habits and apply rigorous attention to detail in all tasks 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and other departments as needed 

What We Need  

• Must be either currently enrolled or accepted to law school. 
• Able to work remotely. 
• Available June through August 2025. 

Desired Qualifications  

• A motivated individual with an interest in corporate contracts and business operations 
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) 
• Proficiency in LinkSquares or willingness to learn
