Intern Channel Marketing & Sales Support (H/F)

 1. Channel Marketing Support — Execution & Coordination

• Adapt global marketing assets to APAC/ME needs (localization, cultural adjustments, visual adaptations).
• Manage requests from partners and distributors (visuals, translations, product sheets, retail materials).
• Support the creation and maintenance of online product pages with retail partners (Amazon, JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys, India & ME retailers).
• Contribute to the 90-day campaign planning: content coordination, collecting local needs, tracking deadlines.
• Assist with retail execution: POS materials, planograms, tracking in-store visibility, collecting field photos.
• Prepare training materials for retail teams (presentations, cheat sheets, short product videos).

2. Sales Support — Preparation & Monitoring

• Prepare commercial materials: product briefs, value propositions, sales decks.
• Update product databases, pricing sheets, and assortment lists by market.
• Support business reviews with data extraction, dashboard updates, and slide preparation.
• Follow up on product availability, orders, and launch timelines with internal teams and local partners.
• Conduct competitive analysis on assortments, pricing, promotional activities, and new product launches.
• Assist with sell-in / sell-out KPI tracking when needed.

 3. APAC & Middle East Coordination

•  Understand market-specific cultural and consumer differences and integrate them into marketing deliverables.
• Gather and summarize local insights for the international team.

Requirements

• Student on a masters degree

• Ability to work for a 2-year term (for apprentices) and a 6-month term (for interns).

• A strong working knowledge and/or fluency in both French & English (note - close collaboration with both French and US-based team members will be required for this role). 
• At ease in an international environment
• Positive and enthusiastic spirit, with a go-getter attitude, and excitement to work cross-functionally to come up with creative solutions & ideas.
• Rigor and drive to deliver excellence through collaboration, while also confident enough to work autonomously to get smaller tasks done efficiently & within a timely manner.
• Ability to bring both creativity and analytical mindset to projects
• Flexibility for various types of projects
• Ability to create high quality analyses and presentations with google slides, google sheets, figma, notion
