We are currently seeking for a motivated and analytical intern to join our dynamic Consumer Electronics team for a 6 month internship. Key Responsibilities:

As a Category Management Intern, you will work closely with our Category Managers to support key operational activities within the Consumer Electronics team. On top of that, you will be responsible for several processes in international markets management. This role offers exposure to a wide range of tasks that influence market strategy, campaigns and pricing.

  • Analyze sales data across international markets to uncover trends, monitor KPIs, and report on performance at both the team and company level.

  • Manage the day to day admnistrative tasks required for international market maintenance.

  • Identify opportunities for market expansion or performance improvement and propose actionable changes to drive growth in specific regions.

  • Prepare reports and data insights to support decision making processes.

  • Support category management functions including sales and purchases tracking, data analysis, inventory management, and pricing optimization.


What You Will Learn:

  • Category Management Insights: Gain a practical understanding of Category Management processes, including how to manage and optimize a variety of Consumer Electronics categories, from sourcing to pricing to marketing.

  • International Market Strategy: Learn how to analyze different market behaviors and adapt category strategies to drive success in various countries.

  • Operational Agility Master the administrative and back end processes that allow a major electronics category to function internationally.

  • Strategic analysis & reporting: Dive into sales data analytics and check out what competitors are up to by performing market and competitor research. Create reports and presentations to present your findings. Support implementing new tools & data bases - you will be part of making our processes even better.

  • Sustainable Business Operations – Get exposure to the growing importance of sustainability within business operations, learning how companies integrate sustainable practices into day-to-day processes and long-term strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be a student (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or similar) based in Berlin with internship as part of course curriculum

  • Basic knowledge of Excel/ Google sheets required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Very good English speaking and writing skills

  • Another European language fluency (especially Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch) would be a strong plus

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, can work autonomously

  • Passionate about sustainability and reducing electronic waste


Location:

  • Berlin  (We expect the intern to be in office at-least 2 days in a week)
