About the team

You will get to be part of a dynamic and autonomous team from Careem veterans to new tigers who joined on a mission to build Careem Pay all aligned on the same values of ownership, shooting to the moon and being of service to customers, partners, colleagues and captains.

What you'll do
You’ll be responsible for managing Careem Pay’s daily operations for users including onboarding queries of new users, handling complaints, managing operations, and collaborating across Careem teams to manage projects. Initial focus of the role will be on managing Careem Pay for captains, hence proficiency in Hindi/Urdu is a must-have for the role
Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new users, specially Careem captains and manage customer relations to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention
  • Execute plans to make users and usage of CPay wallet grow through promos, campaign participations and marketing activations
  • Manage and maintain user databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information on user queries and complaints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational processes and procedures for CPay
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Flag operational issues & create improvement plans in collaboration with internal ops team in order to improve operational efficiency

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Languages: Fluent Hindi/Urdu  (mandatory) & English
  • Experience: 1-2 years
  • Working with large amounts of data on spreadsheets/dashboards with familiarity of Google-suite (sheets, docs, slides)
  • Ability to work on-ground with a “Yes, can do” and “get it done” attitude
