Intern Business Processes & Fleet Management (m/f/d)

• Support daily fleet operations including monitoring fleet availability, damage/theft reporting, and weekly inventory checks.
• Assist in identifying process gaps and driving operational improvements.
• Help automate reporting and workflows using Python, JavaScript, and automation tools.
• Monitor vendor performance and support service partner coordination (maintenance, logistics, etc.).
• Contribute to fleet audits, planning for relocations/repairs, and preparing KPI reports and documentation for our warehouses.
• Collaborate with County Operations and Tech teams on cross-functional projects.

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Comfortable with basic tech tools (SQL, Python, APIs, Excel/Sheets automation).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Interest or experience in mobility, logistics, or vendor management is a plus.
• Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders across a wide range of levels and functions.
