JOIN OUR TEAM

As Intern Business Development B2B at Westwing you will support bringing Westwing’s B2B service to the next level while supporting in the planning and execution of numerous strategic projects. This role offers great learning opportunities to advance your skills in development of strategic initiatives, project management, and analysis for topics such as international roll-out, new customer acquisition, process optimisation and automatisation and more. In this role, you won't be just an intern; you'll be a key player in shaping our future in B2B by making a lasting impact on our organisation. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich. The preferred start date is January 2026.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support the international roll-out by preparing analysis, setting up processes, and aligning with stakeholders on the internationalisation of our B2B service
  • Conducting market research to evaluate and identify opportunities and strategies for successful market expansion
  • Supporting analytical initiatives to uncover growth drivers and boost revenue in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Assisting in coordinating multiple projects by managing project plans and contributing to implementation while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

YOU COME WITH

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a comparable course of study
  • Initial practical experience in areas such as consulting, project management, analytical projects or e-commerce
  • Hands-on mindset with willingness to quickly learn new skills
  • Communicative and friendly attitude with interest in collaborating with different teams to drive projects
  • Structured working approach with a good sense for time and priority management
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken language in German and English, command of other languages are a plus
