About The Team:

Collectively’s Analytics & Performance team is responsible for the reporting and performance analysis of our campaigns and programs. The team also helps curate and manage the cross-functional tools and processes that power the organization.

About The Role:

The Analytics Intern will receive direct training and mentorship from the team around many facets of digital marketing measurement and reporting. They will be actively involved in campaign tracking and client reporting, supporting analytics for several programs at a time.

Responsibilities:

Client Reporting & Analysis

Support of the following work streams: 

  • Campaign set-up and maintenance using our suite of data collection and management tools
  • Daily tracking of campaign posts across channels
  • Customization and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools to measure program-specific KPIs, with regular QA checks on the data
  • Analysis of data to support client reporting deliverables
  • Preparation of slides and other visualizations to illustrate key data points
  • Delivery of benchmarks, trends, and other insights from reporting database
  • Compilation of quarterly and annual aggregate reports 

Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a higher education program
  • Strong strategic and analytical background
  • Strong understanding of social media space
  • Proven effective communication skills
  • Expert in quickly learning and utilizing new software 
  • Ability to take complex information and create a compelling story, including visualizations
  • Experience working with data analysis
  • Experience working in Google Sheets/Excel

  • Is social media-savvy and familiar with social platforms and influencer marketing

Role Details

  • Minimum 20 hrs/week, not to exceed 30 hrs/week
  • 3-month contract from start date 
  • The pay for this role is $20/hr
