Intern - Accounts Payable

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative international company in hyper-growth as we launch a significant revolution to transform the women´s aesthetics industry. 

Necessary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
• Maintain accurate records is essential for regulatory compliance and financial integrity.
• Participate in projects and initiatives to support the finance team and overall business objectives.
• Managing the end-to-end process of invoice handling within the Concur system

Requirements:

• Advanced student of Accountant, Finance or Administration.
• Basic English 
• MS Office 

Other details:

• In person internship in Zona Franca Coyol, Alajuela.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (can be flexible depending on university schedule).
• Duration of internship: 6 months, with possibility to extension based on performance
