As the Key Account Management Team, we take care of the fashion marketplace ABOUT YOU. This includes negotiating terms and conditions and handling operational processes such as partner billing. Our other responsibilities include managing marketing and sales campaigns and optimising the product ranges of external partners. In the Account Management Team, we keep track of all relevant company figures and manage the marketplace business with the help of various reports, analyses and forecasts. As part of our team, you will manage growth and cooperation projects and internationalise existing key accounts. We strategically manage and develop these key accounts within a wide variety of cooperation models. The team coordinates the product range alignment of the brand portfolio. We also take on the task of further developing logistical solutions for our innovative Fulfillment by About You model and negotiating commercials. Does this sound like the perfect job for you? As an Intern (m/f/d) in Account Management, you will support our account managers in the operational support of our partners.

Responsibilities

• Supporting account managers with administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
• Communicating with partners and organising partner management
• Taking on business development projects at partner level
• Assisting with and supporting product range analyses and reporting issues
• Coordinating and maintaining supplier and product master data

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, economics or similar fields of study
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Enthusiasm for fashion and e-commerce
• Flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Attention to detail and structured working style
