We invite a talented, detail-oriented Test Engineer with Python automation experience to join our team. You’ll play a key part in ensuring top-notch software quality for a trusted leader in the Point of Sale industry. You'll work closely with our multinational development team to design and implement automated tests, helping deliver reliable, high-quality software experiences to retail and restaurant businesses and their customers worldwide.

✅ Is that you?

• 2+ years of experience in test automation using Python and pytest
• Solid hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium for UI testing
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes
• Proficiency with Git for version control
• Ability to understand and work with complex testing documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate+ English level
• Proactivity, quick learning ability, and excellent communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams

Desirable:

• Hands-on experience with Jenkins
• Understanding of Docker and containerized environments
• Working knowledge of AWS
• Experience with MongoDB

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll be an essential contributor to the development process, with responsibilities including test planning, test case design, and test automation using industry-leading tools and frameworks.

• Write and maintain automated tests using Python and pytest
• Develop and support UI tests with Selenium and Appium
• Extend and maintain the test automation framework
• Analyze test results, investigate failures, and report bugs
• Re-run failed tests and monitor build stability
• Maintain and update test-related documentation
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and other teams across the SDLC
• Work with the team’s backlog and participate in daily meetings and other agile ceremonies
• Work with Git for version control and participate in code reviews
• Understand and contribute to CI/CD processes
• Stay up to date with new tools, frameworks, and testing best practices
