In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Help with the NETFILE and/or NetFile Québec certification processes.
Analyze annual tax changes and implement them into our Tax product.
Use tax knowledge in providing guidance to the broader team when developing new features.
Engage with Product and Engineering teams to bring ideas to life.
Learn new things, and look for opportunities to make things better.
Were looking for someone who:
Has experience working on and leading teams to successfully achieve CRA and Revenu Québec certification.
Brings a deep understanding of federal personal taxation.
Has experience preparing personal tax returns in a professional context.
Is a spreadsheet whiz and excited about learning a little JavaScript.
Has the ability to take a complex tax issue and make it simple for people to understand.
Is a clear and concise writer.
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Takes pride in their work and has a strong sense of ownership.
