We invite an Intermediate Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll help build a leading healthcare cost containment platform that offers affordable health insurance plans for self-insured employers, third-party administrators, commercial payers, and claim auditors. You'll focus on developing backend tools for data validation, extraction, and processing that power core components of the platform, including patient advocacy, analytics & reporting, and accredited care management services.

Is that you?

  • 3+ years of commercial .NET development experience
  • Proficiency in C# and OOP fundamentals
  • Experience working with relational databases (MS SQL Server) and writing SQL queries
  • Solid understanding of REST API design principles
  • Experience with unit and integration testing
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and backend architecture
  • Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) or willingness to learn quickly
  • Git proficiency
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Accountability and proactivity with a strong work ethic

Desirable:

  • Exposure to microservices or service-oriented architecture
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines or cloud deployments
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts or data pipelines

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll help design, implement, and maintain systems that update regulatory data across multiple healthcare revenue cycle management products.

  • Write clean, maintainable C# code for backend services and data processing systems
  • Develop importers (.NET) and custom SQL scripts to efficiently transform and ingest data from multiple sources
  • Build tools for automated data validation and extraction from diverse structured and unstructured sources
  • Support work on legacy systems and assist with transitions to new architectures or cloud environments
  • Participate in code reviews and pull requests to maintain coding standards
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and AI specialists on system design and problem-solving
