We invite a Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead a large-scale data modernization effort for a major enterprise client. In this role, you’ll oversee the migration and transformation of complex legacy data pipelines to a modern custom-built cloud environment for improved scalability, maintainability, and compliance. You’ll serve as both Project Manager and Scrum Master, driving successful delivery and fostering agile practices.

✅ Is that you?

• 5+ years managing complex, large-scale data or technology projects in enterprise environments
• Proven ability to manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and external dependencies
• Deep understanding of project management principles, tools, and Agile metrics
• Hands-on Scrum Master experience with strong knowledge of Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning technical and business stakeholders
• Experience coordinating ETL/ELT pipeline migrations and optimizations
• Working knowledge of GCP services (BigQuery, GCS, Cloud Composer, Dataflow)
• Experience in risk identification, mitigation, issue resolution, and blocker removal
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and reporting skills
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Effective team facilitation and people management
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

• Experience managing cross-functional teams through complex data platform migrations (GCP, Snowflake, Iceberg)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automated testing in data pipeline projects
• Agile certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll lead the delivery of a complex data platform migration project, drive Agile processes, and foster clear communication and strong collaboration across client and internal teams.

• Act as Scrum Master for a cross-functional team, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing blockers
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning to address shifting priorities and deadlines
• Coordinate with internal and client stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and goals
• Provide clear, regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues as needed
• Ensure scope, budget, and schedule control for a fixed-bid project, promptly escalating risks or exceptions
• Support delivery structure, documentation, and team alignment in a technically complex environment
• Ensure as a direct client-facing role the adherence to all established processes and maintaining a great client report
