In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting business operations by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and delivering effective NetSuite solutions. You will engage closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that NetSuite is utilized to meet both operational and strategic objectives. This remote position requires exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Your contribution will directly impact the efficiency and success of various business functions.
Accountabilities
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications for NetSuite enhancements and implementations
Analyze current business processes and recommend system and process improvements
Support NetSuite configurations, workflows, reports, and dashboards in collaboration with technical teams
Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of NetSuite functionality
Maintain clear documentation including requirements, process flows, and solution designs
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
Requirements
5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to NetSuite
Solid understanding of NetSuite modules and business processes
Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in remote, distributed teams
Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environments is advantageous
