We invite an Intermediate DevOps Engineer to join our functional DevOps team, providing hands-on support for healthy and reliable infrastructure and deployments. You’ll troubleshoot issues, manage infrastructure with Terraform, work with CI/CD pipelines, and assist developers and QA to ensure smooth service delivery. In this role, you’ll proactively solve problems, help with releases as needed, and collaborate across teams to contribute to our DevOps practices.

✅ Is that you?

  • 3-5 years of DevOps experience with strong GCP expertise
  • Solid Infrastructure as Code expertise using Terraform
  • Kubernetes administration experience (GKE), including Helm and YAML configuration
  • Docker containerization experience
  • CI/CD pipeline implementation experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, TeamCity, or Azure DevOps)
  • Proficiency with Git-based workflows
  • Deployment troubleshooting and observability skills (metrics, logs, secrets, and application health monitoring)
  • Strong analytical thinking and root cause analysis skills
  • Proactivity, problem-solving, and resilience in fast-paced, support-oriented environments
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Willingness to learn and use new deployment tools (Harness, Mulesoft)
  • Upper-Intermediate English level

Desirable:

  • Experience with Harness for CI/CD migrations
  • Experience with Mulesoft for API gateway/microservices deployment

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll provide hands-on DevOps support, manage cloud infrastructure and deployments, and work closely with developers and QA to ensure smooth delivery of services.

  • Handle DevOps tickets from developers and QA (bug fixes, service requests, secrets, endpoints)
  • Implement and update infrastructure using Terraform
  • Deploy services in GKE (Kubernetes) and troubleshoot issues
  • Configure Helm charts and YAML for deployments
  • Manage Docker containers
  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure DevOps)
  • Monitor deployments, perform log analysis, and check application health
  • Assist with release activities as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unblock work and support delivery
  • Maintain clear, organized records of changes and fixes to support team alignment
