About the Role
We are seeking an Intermediate BI Analyst to develop and optimize dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that drive business decision-making. This role is critical in transforming raw data into actionable insights, helping teams across the company understand performance trends and make data-driven decisions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Sigma).
•    Work closely with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
•    Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards.
•    Optimize queries, data models, and report structures for efficiency, scalability, and self-service analytics adoption.
•    Support ad hoc data analysis and deep dives into business performance metrics.
•    Collaborate with Data Engineers and Business Analysts, to ensure reporting data structures meet analytical needs.
•    Train and support business users on self-service BI tools and best practices.
•    Ensure strong data governance practices by maintaining consistency, security, and compliance in reports and dashboards. Establish version control, documentation, and access controls to ensure trustworthy and reliable reporting across the organization.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
•    3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
•    Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Sigma) and data visualization best practices.
•    Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
•    Understanding of data modeling concepts and reporting structures.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to work with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable insights.
•    Experience in a mid-sized company or technology/manufacturing industry is a plus.
